SENCIAH Workshops offer a deep dive into the practical application of the SENCIAH kit, guiding participants through the details of each component and how to use them effectively. In these workshops, we explore the importance of non-violent communication, interoception awareness, and polyvagal theory in fostering self-regulation and emotional wisdom. Participants gain a thorough understanding of how to apply these concepts with the children in their care, while also learning about themselves—how to recognize their own emotional and bodily experiences and use this knowledge to create supportive, compassionate environments for both themselves and the children they guide.
